I just refilled all my pill boxes, and I have to say that these are the best pill boxers I’ve ever ordered. These boxes are nice and roomy in case you have some big horse pills to swallow. The whole process is time consuming and for the smaller boxes, the lids won’t stay open, etc. These were easy to fill and I like the locking addition. Buyer beware! This is a very poorly made product. The lids of the compartments do not stay locked closed! The first version that I received of this product had the same problem and I returned it. I ordered a replacement because I naively thought that I had received a one-time problem. But, the second pill organizer had the same issue as the first: the lids to the individual compartments do not say closed! Imagine opening a lid for one set of medications and pouring the contents into your hand and suddenly 3 or 4 other compartments also dump their contents out over the counter and floor! Maddening! This product is junk. I chose this item because it was the suggested replacement to an item I had purchased around 2018 that finally needed to be replaced. I have found a product that is far superior to the MEDca organizer. This pill organizer is not quite the overall size that I would like, but it is working well. The AM/PM pill container is generally well designed. I chose this brand because the bottom is not square; it is therefore easier to extract pills. The compartments are deep enough to hold most sizes of meds. The only complaint I have is that lids can be a little difficult to open. Read more

I have been looking for this style of weekly pill containers for a while. I like that the tops come off. There are 3 separate pieces. The days of the week do rub off easily but that's not a problem for me. It's a good size too. I would call it a medium-sized pill container. Read more

There are pros and cons to the lids being able to be removed. Great for being able to easily drop pills into the compartments. Difficult to get the lids back on because pills can fall into the space where the lid must go back in. Read more
