I love this! I prep all my vitamin supplements for a full month! I like that it has four sections so I use the first two for my morning supplements (since there are more), the 3rd for my afternoon supplements, and the fourth for my evening supplements. I can easily pull the days out that I will be traveling and take them with me! Once a month you just take a little time and refill.
