It cuts off at 15 min. Provides heat and shiatsu massage (that automatically alternates directions), and you can also massage without heat. Doesn't get super hot, but you can feel the warmth. Using it on my affected foot "hurts so good" and does not provide immediate improvement. It's the next morning that I can tell the difference, and there's a difference if I miss a night.
