Best hand pump!
Used this all the time until I got my first pair of wearables. Works great. Sometimes I’d use it if I didn’t feel like hooking up to pumps. Great suction, got great output. Easy to clean and simple to use. Love it!! Read more

I love my manual hand pump. It’s great for on the go and really quick and easy to use. Sometimes I feel like it actually pulls out more than my wall pump or my portable pumps. I like having full control over the suction and frequency since I’m the one handling it. I did replace the duckbills with the ones from my Spectra and I swear I get even better output now. Honestly that upgrade made me like this pump even more. Read more
This is the only breast pump one could ever need. This is my second baby using only this pump while working full time and feeding my baby only breastmilk, even though I have the much more expensive electric options available. I get more milk, more quickly than any of the other pumps I have ever used. I am able to pump 4-8 ounces each session in five minutes at max! Truly efficient, but also super simple to transport and clean each day. I cannot recommend this pump enough for the working mamas who need easy and efficient options! As with any pump, the key to getting the most milk is to ensure you have the proper fitting flange for your body, and maintain all valves and membranes for optimum suction. I am 6 months pp and have been using this pump exclusively to supply my baby while working a full time office job. My first baby was breastfed the same way for 15 months. If in doubt, this is the one to gamble on. Read more

I read about this this thing and was skeptical about getting another breast pump - really, how many do you need? I got the Spectra, which is a *hospital grade pump* and I figured this was as good as it was gonna get. I didn't really like it - uncomfortable, too many pieces, pain in the @$$ to clean, huge motor with all these tubes hanging all over the place. After dragging my feet, I finally bit the bullet and got this lil guy and OMG THE DIFFERENCE!!! I can empty a boob in about 5 minutes. It's so much more comfortable to use - I can manually adjust the speed and suction power each pump without having to mess with a bunch of buttons and programs. It's sooo much easier to clean - it's like 3 pieces, that's it. It's smaller and more versatile. The only downside is you can only do one boob at a time but it's not that bad. This is now my primary pump and my Spectra has found its way to the back of a closet somewhere. Read more
For me it’s too much suction but it’s a great pump in a pinch. I used this as my primary pump until my spectra came in. And I keep this in my diaper bag now in case I’m out and about and need to pump. Sterilizing with the microwave bags has been a huge help for me too. Read more
The Medela Harmony Manual Breast Pump is a surprisingly efficient and comfortable option for a manual pump, especially for moms who need something lightweight, portable, and quiet. This works me especially overnight when the baby only latches on one side. With this I empty out the breast and prevent engorgement! The parts are easy to clean. I put everything in the momcozy and come out clean. One down side is it doesn’t come with flange inserts. I feel like it could be a little comfortable if it brought a 21mm. Its a standard 24mm. I loved this pump when it was working. I ordered it on 12/29 and today is 1/6. Got a few used out of it and then it stopped suctioning. I went onto the instagram and TikTok to try to troubleshoot since it seems many other people were having the same issue with the suction suddenly stop working. The troubleshooting did not work, I’m returning and will be ordering the lansinoh hand pump to see if it’ll work longer until my spectra parts come in. When it works, it was great. Just a shame it stopped working so fast. Read more
As a working mom, this saved me multiple times when my pumps died on the road or weren’t working properly. In all honesty, there were times I laughed that I spent so much money on electric pumps when this seemed to do the best job. The manual pump was also so crucial when I would have a clogged duct, this seemed to be the only thing that would break it loose and prevent mastitis. I will purchase a new one of these exact manual pumps each time I have another kid. It also comes with a few spare parts, and you can easily get new parts for it although they seem to hold up fantastic. The base is a game changer so you can easily set it down without it tipping over while you get the bottle or container ready to transfer milk into. Read more
