Quiet with no air leaks
Super quiet. My previous mask was a nose mask that often times leaked around the edges and I spent some time trying to find the perfect position to prevent air leaks. This nasal cushion is far superior to that. No matter how turn during the night there is no air leaks to disturb either me or my wife. Contributes to a good quality sleep and enhances the effectiveness of my CPAP machine. Came fully assembled ready to use. Read more

The silicone breaks down to fast, the other edge of the nasal pillows collapse in after a few weeks. My opinion, poorly constructed, don't recommend. I bought a other one to give them the benefit of the doubt, but still had same problem. Read more
Pillows sized wrong.
The nasal pillows are not a good fit. This is an off brand. I put Res Med medium pillow in set and it fit better. This was not that cheap. Buy the real thing. Read more
