Was very upset when I first got this because it was so small. I read the instructions which basically said give it time. I tried it for the first night and ended up taking it off going to a different mask because it was so tight and so uncomfortable and restricted my breathing. The next day I took the old one and saw that it was about an inch bigger on each side. Then all of a sudden it dawned on me 'why not see if I can stretch it', so I did. Nowhere in the instructions did it say anything about stretching it, so that part is something that they might want to add. However, don't stretch it too much, then you'll stretch it out of place and it'll be too big. LOL I have now been using this for about two and a half months and once I figured the stretching part out it works perfectly. The headgear is decent. The Nasal pillow only has one flange though, instead of also having an interior flange, like the OEM part, and it feels a bit more flimsy as well. If price is super important to you then this is a reasonable option. But if you can afford a bit more, imo the price difference doesn't justify the quality difference. Read more

This is not a genuine Phillips Respitronics nasal pillow. The genuine one has a dual layered nostril cone. This one is only a single layer nostril cone. It does not adapt to your nose hole the way the real one does. It hurts. Read the description carefully. Spend the extra 2 dollars for a more comfortable appropriately functional fit. Read more
