I've tried so many pillows to help soothe chronic neck pain from"tech neck" and this is the only one that has done the trick. I love that I can add water to make it more firm or remove water to make it plush. People have asked, "can't you hear the water slushing around?" My response: not at all! The only time I hear water is when I'm making my bed and pick the pillow up to place it against the headboard. The call where you fill out with water has a key, which in turn it's the funnel you use for filling with water. Once you lock it, you must use the key to unlock it. Absolutely great investment!
