I have been using this product for over a month now. It’s easily adjustable, easy to use, and its size doesn’t stand out in our living area. I usually keep it on level 1/3. I haven’t noticed a huge difference in air quality but I’m sure that has to do with me only using the lowest level at all times. I bought the two pack and use the other one in the room that holds our cat’s litter box. I have noticed a difference in the amount of dust that lingers around so all in all I count that as a win. The noise is not bad and almost unnoticeable on level one. Obviously the higher the level the more noise but I’m a huge fan of white noise anyways. It’s not too bright but I also don’t have it in a place where I want total darkness. Overall, I’m glad I purchased these and would recommend them. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the 2-pack on sale. There are several different models that this company is selling in the same ad. I bought mine thinking it had an "automatic feature" like the others that will kick up to a higher fan speed when there's more smells and contaminants in the air but the one I have doesn't do that and is VERY basic. After reading the ad, I also thought that this would cover 800 square feet but the box says only "200 square" feet which is ok since I have 2: one in my bedroom and one in the kitchen/living room open area....but I gave it 4 and not 5 stars for those 2 reasons. There are 4 manual fan settings: 1, 2, 3, and S (sleep mode which is the quietest setting). 1 is virtually silent so I'm not sure if the S mode is even needed, 2 is an audible hum (see video for setting 2's sound) which the TV drowns out for the most part but 3 is the loudest. I really would have liked an "auto" setting that kicks in when there's more contaminants in the air but I guess I can't complain for the price. It just came today Feb 6 2024 so I'll check back after I've had it for a while to see if the dust levels have diminished in my apartment. Oh and I also turned mine on not realizing that the filters inside the unit are wrapped in plastic! I'm glad I'm not the only one out here that made that mistake...smh :p Read more

I purchased a set of two in white. They're very nice and blend in well with my furniture so they're not obnoxious looking. Tha man next to me in the apartment complex smoke, which is seeping thru into my apartment (it's suppose to be illegal to smoke in these apartments). Anywho, When I start to smell the smoke, I turn both of them on and it takes care of the smell. In order for an air purifier to eliminate smoke particles, the filter must be able to clean particles as small as 0.01 micron which many of the units out there do not. I'm beginning to love this air purifier more and more each day. It not only cleans the air of all allergens and germs, but it has 3 settings: S-1-2-3. The sleep mode (S) is amazingly quiet!! I am a light sleeper and you can barely hear it running. I have the unit almost next to my bed. This is the first air purifier that I own and after doing extensive research on the brand that would fit my needs best, I settled on Medify. I am a sufferer of indoor and outdoor allergies. And I realized that I sleep a lot better at night with this unit on. It minimizes my allergy symptoms tremendously. This air purifier also is the right size for my room. I purchased these two units back in July 2020. In August 2021 one of my units started to make a loud noise that I couldn't seem to fix on my own. It was the motor and even on the quiet/sleep setting it was making noise. Thankfully, even though I placed the order on Amazon, I did go to the Medify website and filled out the warranty information. I just hung up the phone with Elmer in customer service and we are in the process of having my unit replace. She emailed me a shipping label and I will ship it (I have to provide the box and packing material and I have plenty of that here at home), but the cost to ship it back is free to me. My unit is being replaced free of charge. Additionally, she informed me that Medify has a filter club via their website and I just joined. I will have my filters shipped to me every 4 months ensuring that I will stay on top of keeping the filters replaced. They are running a special right now so I was able to order 2 filters for $33.75 for my first shipment. Register your units on the Medify Air website. It certainly made this process extremely fast and easy. I am very pleased. Additionally, I am happy with the units themselves. They are quiet and do a good job filtering the air. I live in NYC and I have allergies which make me need an inhaler sometimes. In the 5 months since I've bought these air purifiers (had never owned an air purifier, and got the set of 2), I breathe and sleep so much more easily! I was able to reduce my asthma inhaler use from 1x-2x per day down to maybe once a *month.* It thought the air purifier might be more status symbol than useful, but I decided to try it, and am SOOOOO grateful to have these! Less stuffy nose, less inhaler use, more sleep, and the sound is so quiet! Even my handyman commented on the air quality in the apartment! There's minimal assembly-- just remove the packaging, and essentially stack the 3 or 4 parts. Common sense and the guide show you how, and while you might wonder if this little box does magic, and you might not feel it working, the result is undeniable!
