Using it is simple with straight forward touch buttons. You can easily switch between massage modes, adjust the intensity levels, and turn the heat therapy on or off. It targets the fingers, palms, and wrists, and offers different massage styles like kneading and knuckle stretching. This combination works great for me since I spend a lot of time using a mouse and keyboard and also play racket sports, which puts extra strain on my wrists and hands. One of my favorite features is that it runs on a rechargeable battery that makes it different from most of the other massagers that require plug-in. Overall great quality for the price. While it can be a tad expensive it’s worth the investment. Has many different modes and intensities that have helped me develop better relaxation. I work with my hands a lot and have days where I need a break. This provides a great break for me and relaxes and recovers the tissue. I could not recommend this item enough! This is the one I kept after trying 2 others, as it seems to help with the pain in my knuckles, even though it causes a bit of pain at the first joint. That' simply because it isn't tall enough to fit a hand that doesn't want to lay flat. This one has the most room of the three I tried. For a larger hand, it's got a lot of width, but it's tight in height, yet better than the other 2. It offers somewhat different action, as well as intensity, in the massage, so that's also nice. I would recommend it to others with pain in their hand joints. Even as I don't like the squeeze I feel from the hard case, itself, as I put my hand in, but I have been using it for how much it seems to help the knuckles. It also cost more than the other 2, but I think it was worth the cost, and as I said, I've kept this one. Read more
