This is a great curling iron that is fully functional for it's intended use. I am no expert on the technology behind hot tools, but from my own personal experiences, I can say that this curling iron didn't seem to do any notable damage to my hair. It is very quick to heat up, and I appreciate that when styling my hair the cord doesnt get bunched up thanks to the cord swivel. I love everything about this curling irol outside of a little warning. The thumb plastic is smaller than my other iron and I've now burned myself twice with my thumb/finger slipping off the safe area. Just be careful. the temp options and the size are great. It's well made and seems to be holding up well... I've already used it many times over the last two weeks. I like it and recommend it especially for the price, just be carefull as it gets hot and will burn if you slip off the safe areas. Read more
