Not only did they make the process easy to get a replacement with the warranty but how fast they shipped my product. This is a very strong and powerful mixer and didn’t want to search for a new one . We picked up this stick blender specifically for soap making, and it’s been perfect for the job. It’s easy to use, and it’s great having a dedicated tool just for our soap projects, so we don’t have to worry about mixing it up with our kitchen appliances. The build quality feels solid, it seems like it’s going to last a long time. The attachments are a nice bonus and make the whole setup usable for other projects. 2 months after purchasing - the motor is going strong but the frother/whisk attachment doesn't spin anymore. This is the reason I bought this is to make ice cream and I need those attachments. I would just say the quality is less than desired as we've had first the motor stop and now the plastic part of the attachments broken on the inside so it won't spin it. Wouldn't recommend buying this one. Update - contacted the manufacturer and they will be sending a new motor part, I assume without the attachments which is fine because there's nothing wrong with those. So happy they were willing to make sure I am satisfied with the purchase even though it's past the 30 day warranty! Great customer service! Bought to smash up fruit in smoothies, to blend ice cream mixes before freezing, and frothing milk for coffee. Received May 12, today is June 23 and the motor is sluggish until it eventually stops after less than a minute of running. Tried troubleshooting recommended by the manufacturer to no avail. The media could not be loaded. Update: first, the company emailed me claiming they took my feedback seriously and made a more structurally sound replacement that they would like to send my way. Immediately upon receiving it I became inundated with repeated emails asking me to delete or update my review. I advised I would be waiting to see if this was actually better, as it looked exactly the same. And lo and behold, it fell apart AGAIN in exactly the same way within a month of receipt, in the middle of being used. Still DO NOT recommend. I wasn’t going to update my review as it felt that my review was still honest, but I do want to put out there: please don’t accept a replacement from these people. Despite months passing and continued attempts advising that future communication will be deemed harassment, they keep emailing asking me to delete my review. Even after blocking the first they put another employee on me who I just had to block as well for emailing me at 10pm after advising that he is harassing me. It’s outrageous. The whisk attachment literally fell to pieces while mixing liquid, and the immersion blender attachment is difficult to screw on/off as the metal and plastic pieces that lock onto the main piece are not attached (so they just spin and can’t actually be attached, I’d say this is dangerous when working with hot liquids like soup). It also retains water between the pieces and drains it into whatever you’re making. The milk frother still works but that would be the most expensive bulky milk frother ever. Read more

This is a great machine at a great price. I did have issue though where I did what they recommend not doing. I held the machine on turbo for longer than 60 seconds and it quit on me. I contacted the company and spoke to IAN and he’s so kindly is Sending me another one. I did have to demonstrate on a video showing that the machine was not working.
