Good nights sleep
My girlfriend & I sleep on a sofa bed once a week. I am always bothered by the frame bars hitting my back. We bought a new thicker memory foam mattress to no avail, still the bars were rubbing against my back. I found the “ Meliusly Permanently Installed Sleeper Sofa Support Board” on Amazon & gave it a try. Great solution, now I can get a good nights without feeling the bars against my back. It was east to install, fits perfectly on our sofa bed & folds up nicely when we close up the bed. It was reasonable price. Read more

It definitely makes a difference. Could be a little more cushion to it. But its heavy when you fold it. It is semi permanently in place. Better than feeling that bar for sure. Read more

Perfect for pull out sofas very firm and sturdy easy to install great value for the money. This adds comfort to a memory foam mattress. Does not cause any issues with putting the bed back into the sleeper couch or loveseat. Read more
A very good sleeper sofa upgrade
I got these to improve the comfort of my fold-out bed and it seems to have work pretty well. I've had guests over that said to pull out couch was relatively comfortable. The benefit of this is that it adds a little bit of support so your bed doesn't really bow when you lie down on it. It's not perfect. It's quite heavy. But it does work. And my favorite part is that I don't have to take it out when I fold the bed. I can just leave it in as a part of the couch/bed system. And that is very convenient. Read more

Good Quality, Helped Some but Not a Complete Fix
I bought this to help with that awful bar you feel when sleeping on a pull-out couch, and while it did help, it wasn’t quite as much as I expected for the price. The board is sturdy and exactly as described, and installation was simple. It definitely made the mattress feel more even and reduced some discomfort, but the bar is still noticeable—just less so. If you’re looking for an improvement, this will help, but don’t expect a miracle. For occasional use, it’s worth it, and the quality seems good for long-term durability. Overall, a decent solution, but I might pair it with a mattress topper for extra comfort. Read more
