This dryer is great. It has 6 speeds, 3 for cool and 3 for heat. Thd guard for the air release is removable for cleaning. The air flow is gentle but strong. I love the design and feel. It is cute and lightweigh. It dries hair vety quickly. Read more

Love it. Portability, power, different levels and removable filter. I have short hair, so my hair gets dried sooo fast. Which I love cuz im usually short on time from one place to the other. The handle is a little long, but its perfect size for your hand. Love that the spout is so small. Attachments are nice. Im not good at styling my hair with em, but they are such a nice addition. Update- a representative of MelodySusie reached out to me with genuine concern for both me and the safety of their product for the consumer. After much detailed back and forth of information attempting to track down the problem and correct it I believe it was a single unit issue and have updated my rating to reflect that, beyond the one problem it was a good little blow dryer. The rep did replace my faulty blow dryer for me with a new one and they did it very quickly. It’s customer service like this that makes a person become a loyal customer for life. I’ll be trying it out tonight and if there are any updates needed I’ll add them but I suspect from the quick test I did in my office and at home that the problem was resolved with the replacement and I’m going to be as in love with this as I wanted to be from the beginning. Original - I travel a good bit for work and at home I have a full size version of this type of blow dryer and love it. When my current travel blow dryer broke this seemed like a no brainer. I expected this to pack the same punch just in a smaller package and possible scaled down a little. It works as a blow dryer I’ll give it that. But so far I’ve plugged it in at two separate locations (I’m currently traveling ) and the power and heat/speed buttons keep shocking me any time I touch them. I feel this can’t be safe and once I’m back home will likely be returning this as defective. It’s a shame because I wanted to love it and for the price I feel it should work without the chance of unintended shock therapy. It should also be noted that I never walk on floors that aren’t my own without a barrier between my feet and the floor so my fingers are being shocked while wearing nonslip rubber bottomed shower shoes. I first bought this hair dryer in January 2024, but the heat recently stopped working. I gave no thought to getting another one because of the awesome feature of speed roller control. It is surprisingly difficult to find a hair dryer that has a truly low speed for detailed styling like bangs. Unfortunately, the new model is not the same as the older model. The lowest setting on the speed roller is much higher and equivalent to about 4 on the older model so not really a low setting. I'm very disappointed. I didn't save the box and materials so I can't return. Now I have to try to find another hair dryer. The rest of the features are average and no different than a lower cost hair dryer. Read more
