This pillow surprised me right away because it has a shape that really looks designed to support the neck the way it should. The foam has that perfect balance between firmness and softness and when you press it it feels like it molds exactly where you need it. Plus the ventilation channels and the central opening give it a modern look and seem to help the air circulate better. I loved the cover because it is very soft to the touch light and with a fabric that feels fresh. The seams are well made and the light color makes it look clean and pretty on the bed. And something I really appreciate is that it can be removed super easily to wash it which is not always the case with this type of pillow. I spend many hours a day between crafts and computer work so I always end up with a tight neck. Since I started using it I have noticed real relief when I wake up as if the area is finally resting the right way. The contoured shape feels very comfortable and has worked for me both sleeping on my side and on my back.
