I’d highly recommend this pillow for comfort! I am a pillow snob because I sometimes wake with a neck ache and I felt refreshed after sleeping on this pillow! No aches at all! It is supportive, yet cushiony and soft enough. The holes in the design allow for it to breathe and cause it to create a cooling sleep and not hot like other similar pillows. The only room for improvement is the zipper is a bit hard to zip and unzip to remove the cover. It also took a few days for the chemical smell of the pillow to dissipate. Excellent quality. The cover is beautiful. I'm using it as a back rest in a chair I spend most time in. The company obviously cares about their process of manufacture, finishing, content (foam), presentation in shipping, etc. It is very reasonably priced for what I view as quality. It's comfortable and doesn't lose shape of course. It works perfectly for my purpose. I haven't owned a foam pillow in many years so maybe it's my age (83), but this one does seem heavy. i'd put minus stars if i could. 48hrs later, the thing is still deflated, flat, floppy and not even remotely resembling anything like a pillow. i can almost still fit it in the same square box it was shipped in. returning it, along with said box. really hoping they don't repackage it and foist this thing on someone else. not pleased that i have to take this floppy thing back for a refund. definitely not recommended Read more

This is one of the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever tried! It’s soft yet supportive, and the cooling feature is a game-changer. I sleep so much better with it. The only downside was a plastic-like smell when I first opened it, but after letting it air out and washing the pillow cover, it was barely noticeable. Now, it’s perfect! Highly recommend! Read more

The memory foam pillow is soft enough but there is one issue with it for me, it’s the cover it comes in. The fabric is very slick. They call it a pillow case but I would call it the memory foam cover. I prefer to put a pillow case over theirs but it keeps slipping off. I get one side of theirs is the “cool” side and the other the regular but to keep it cleaner and make it last longer I want to use a pillow case like I do for a different pillow I bought five years ago. So, in conclusion if you want to sleep on their case, you’ll be fine, but if you want to use your own case over it, you’ll need one with a zipper enclosure. Read more
