I wasn't sure about these at first, but now I love them after I found out I was just wearing the wrong kind of briefs underneath them. I am a size 33" waist, and the Medium size fits me perfectly, with a little extra elastic and draw string room to grow, should I have been a few pounds more. The under layer is made of very tight-fitting moisture-wicking fabric that sits close to the skin in a not-at-all-uncomfortable way. There are pockets on the inner layer on both the left and right sides, which means you can keep your phone in one pocket and keys in the other pocket, and not have to worry about carrying them during your workout. Most important to me was that my phone and keys not fall out of my pockets during my gym routine, and I'm happy to say they stayed in place the whole time. They also kept me quite cool as the bottom layer works to absorb and evaporate any body moisture, while the outer layer is quite thin and airy. The outer layer does not sit too close to the skin, so you get more of a draft or breeze against your thighs under it. I stayed cool the entire time. The fabric is actually very nice, and they seem to be well-made. After three gym visits, one run around the neighborhood, and two wash cycles, they have retained their stitching and their color. I'm definitely going to buy a few more to get me through the summer. All in all, if you like staying cool at the gym and like having your hands free on a run, these shorts would be a great "fit" for you! Read more
My better half exercises every single day in our little home gym. When I saw these exercise shorts, I order him a pair as a gift. They arrived well-packaged in a corrugated cardboard box. They are as described. Now, of course, I couldn't try them on but he has worn them. His pants size is 36 x 29; I ordered size LARGE; he said they fit very well. The fabric is super soft. I've included photos of the content/care labels. Also, a photo of the waistband which is a drawstring (good quality string) and elasticized. I've added a photo of the waistband with a foot ruler; the waistband is nice and wide which he says made it very comfortable. The inside 'liner' of the shorts is made of material similar to what might be found inside a men's bathing suit but is snug and soft. Overall, hubby thanked me for the shorts. After a couple of wears, he says they are very comfortable for his exercise routine and is glad I ordered them. Win-win! Read more

My son says they fit comfortably, and the lining isn't too tight. He likes the pocket on the leg of the lining. They are moisture wicking and dry quickly - after washing them, they barely need the dryer for 5 minutes. These are solid all-around workout shorts. The fabric is lightweight, stretchy, and dries quickly. The built-in liner is comfortable and does a good job holding everything in place without feeling restrictive. The pockets are a bit of a mixed bag. The main pockets can handle a larger phone like an iPhone 17 Pro Max without any issues. The hidden stretch pocket technically fits it too, but the weight pulls the fabric down toward your knee, which makes it uncomfortable to walk or run. Lighter phones might not have this problem. That said, I discovered the hidden pocket works great for smaller items. My MagSafe wallet fits perfectly and feels secure in there. The rear zipper pocket is very small, basically only useful for keys, which is what I use it for. Fit is comfortable and stays in place during movement. These shorts are a really solid pickup. The green color looks great in person and stands out in a really clean way without being too loud. Definitely one of the better color options I’ve seen in this style. The fit is spot on. They’re comfortable, move well, and feel good whether you’re working out or just wearing them casually.
