This costume is AMAZING! I'm so glad I spent the extra for it- the quality is far superior to another one I bought! It only needs steaming or ironing to get the wrinkles out (that's expected with any costume), and you're ready to go. I love that it comes with a separate shirt and vest which are very comfortable. Size chart is accurate. I usually buy up a size because women's costume sizes are always off, but I need to return this to get a smaller size. Woohoo! I may buy new buttons to spruce it up but it's 100% not necessary. These look really good! I'm a costumer and am used to altering whatever I can get my hands on. This costume saves so much time (money) and the deep, rich blue is gorgeous. I can't wait to wear it for my event! For what it's worth, I originally bought a cheaper one to save money but the material was thin, didn't hang well, and looked cheap. I would have had to do a ton of work to make it look nice but it never would have looked as good as this costume. Not even close. Before receiving this item, I was concerned that I would have problems with one or more of the pieces not fitting me properly. I was wrong! Everything - coat, vest, shirt, and pants - fit me absolutely perfect. I am 5'6" tall and about 180 lbs. with a 36" waist, so I decided to purchase the Large-size buff & blue costume. This is really good quality. Bought it for my daughter 5.2. Bought the XS. Fits perfect. She has wore it 4 times and nothing has fallen off or broken. Washed it several times too (didn’t dry it). Would buy this again and def. Recommend for someone looking to be Hamilton. Read more
