What I like about these right off the top is that, to me, putting these on was like putting on an ankle high pair of warm socks. They fit snuggly. Very comfortable because I don't consider socks to be something that should fit loosely. These slippers go on easily which is more than I can say for a pair of socks the equivalent of these for comfort and easy on/easy off. As for true to size, years ago for example a pair of Reeboks and a pair of Nikes both size 11. One pair would fit, the other too tight, or too big respectively. Most consistently a size 11.5 was the size that usually fit best. Sizing would vary by manufacturer. I bought size 11 hoping they would fit snug with little play. For these particular slippers I made an excellent choice going down one size or they wouldn't be so as nug and I would be unhappy with myself for the bad guess on my part, but keep them anyway. To sweeten the deal, they were on sale. Ahhhh. A lucky day. If you don't want snug then get what typically fits you best unless you like wearing slightly larger, less snug then I would suggest a half size bigger or smaller either way, just not a full size either way. These slippers are exactly what I needed at a low price point. They are very soft and the indoor/outdoor sole is more than adequate for quick trips to the mailbox. I'm giving them 4 stars because while they are very comfortable, they don't have quite as much arch support as higher-end brands, but for the value, they are a solid choice! Read more

Very comfortable all-season slippers with durable and reasonably wet-proof soles. The US sizes are accurate. They will loosen up a little with wearing time. I can wear these outdoors for trips to the mail box or the recycling cans even in the rain. These slippers machine wash and dry well in mesh washing bags. This is my second pair. I want two pairs so I can launder them monthly as needed without waiting for the machines to finish. The best feature is the high upper at the heel. I *hate* slippers that have low heel uppers! They won't stay on my feet unless I shuffle everywhere! I'm not the shuffle type. Read more

These are well constructed and seem sturdy. The soles are thick rubber and insulate the foot from cold floors. The soles are thick enough to be on regular shoes which means that these slippers could be worn outdoors. The fit was good, I wear a U.S. size 12 and these size 12 fit good. There are two problems with these: 1. The heel is loose such that my heel flipped out of the slipper. 2. The arch support is minimal. I have 'fallen arches' and need a good high arch support, and these do not have that. One star off for each deficiency. Read more
