I have washed these and worn them once. Washing immediately was necessary because of the overwhelming chemical smell that accompanies these jeans. It’s still noticeable after one washing, but it went away eventually with a different pair, so I’m confident it’s a short-term thing. (I didn’t have any skin reactions, so that’s one reason to figure I wasn’t exposed to anything. Would still be nice for the company to provide a disclaimer/explanation on the tag.) The fit on these is great for me. They rest right on my hips without sagging or drooping. I like how they look with my shoes - not too much bunching but also not revealing too much sock. And they are cut to fir consistently throughout the leg, with some excess but not too baggy. The feel is decent. I don’t machine-dry my clothes, so these were stiff after washing. But they felt fine.
