Good shoes for the price, beware of traction when running

Background: I bought these shoes to take them to the gym and not worry about them, but they have surprised me for the price. The good parts: For the price, they do the job fine, they look good, have a tratidional shoelace system and are easy to put on. It's also true that the padding is quite strong, so dampening is very good on these. The meh parts: Not a fan of the splitting sole design, really doesn't do anything for the shoe, but hey, it's mostly a cosmetic thing. On the other hand, they fit a bit smaller than the sizing would suggest, so be careful!. The negatives: I only have 2 negative aspects, first of all, padding is a bit thicker than what I'm used to, so at first, they feel a bit to hard on that aspect, but I've already gotten used to them; second, the sole is not exactly grippy, at least for me, which means that I wold be weary of running with these!
