I have had this vibration plate for a while now and it definitely does not disappoint! I know it’s working because halfway through my legs and sides will feel itchy. I really like that it has 2 modes, auto mode which runs through the different cycles, amping up the speed, then lowering back down and ramping up again. The second option “On” allows you to choose the vibration speed from 1-10. 10 being like your running especially with your feet as wide as they go. I enjoy doing squats, bends and planks on this to really get the circulation and lymph flowing. This plate feels very sturdy and well made. I’ve been using it for a while (6 months) and so far have not had any issues with it. Also have had no issues with the remote which is easy to use. I will say I wish there was an option to control the pad without the remote in case it were to break or get misplaced. So if you buy this one just make sure that is kept in a safe place. So far I really enjoy this machine and have felt a difference with my circulation which has always been a struggle for me! The health benefits are a big reason to get a vibration plate. Pros: Heavy duty - I looked for something that held the most weight for the durability aspect. I wanted something comparable to the commercial unit at my wellness clinic but to use at home for lymphatic treatments. The base is very large and I enjoy the AUTO feature. Although portable, you may not want to move it around much because it's surprisingly heavy and has suction cups to keepin place. You may have to reposition it but you'll want to keep it there. Make sure you wear shoes especially if you have flat feet you need the arch support due to the intensity. Cons: I wish the white power cord and the remote matched the black unit I chose. Although it's not a deal breaker. Overall: It's comfortable, durable, improves my circulation, doesn't take up a lot of space, and I'm excited to use it. I suggest starting slow if you're new to using any vibration plate. This one is very intense. Listen to how your body responds. Go half the limit for the first 3-5 days before going to 10 and using the auto-feature. Also, do not go longer than max session. The machine shuts off after 10 minutes. Don't overdo it. Not sure why some ppl say they use it for 30 min. Just use twice a day like morning and evening in 2 separate sessions. Good luck to anyone reading this. Just buy it, you won't be disappointed! The vibration is super strong even on level 1. I have lost about 3" around my waist and the puffiness in my neck and face is gone. The lymph nodes in my armpits are soft and no longer clogged. All of that happened in the first month of using 1 - 2 times a day. I did not change my diet or do any other meaningful exercise. I wanted to see what benefits I would experience with just the vibration plate. It has made a noticeable change in my body's overall appearance, as others have noticed too. This is great! I wasn’t sure to be honest..so many gimmicks out there. I deal with lymph issues so I wanted to give it a try. This is very sturdy and has a large area to out your feet. Very heavy duty product. Suction cups at the bottom are strong! Have only used it 2x's on level 1 and it shook me like crazy. I actually got a cramp in my side like I do when I go running. Believe this product will do its job over time. Read more
