Great for 10” smokejumper boot!
Both my husband and son are wild land fire fighters and always in need of socks for the season. These socks are priced well below the other wool brands and just as hearty. Even though they are crew socks they are tall enough to wear with the required 10” boot height. Read more

The picture shows short crew socks these are giant crew socks not the ones in the picture I've ordered a few of these and 1st time this has happened to me other than that these are great socks when they come in the length I want Read more
Not enough wool or cushion
For 12 bucks they're ok I suppose but the wool content is very low and they just feel cheap when you put them on. For more than 12 bucks id pay the extra to get something better. The arch has some compression, but honestly it's very little. The seam is across the top of the toe, and barely noticeable if you care about that. I'm not upset for getting these but I won't be getting more even at the sale price. Read more
