This dryer is amazing. I’ve returned 3 others in the last 2 months, but this is a winner. It has a high velocity of blowing power, (more than my current blow dryer), plus a medium and a low setting and don’t let the 1600 W fool you, this dryer gets plenty hot, or you can hit a button for dedicated cool blowing instead of having to hold a button down. It’s easy to change settings and the digital display, which I initially saw as gimmicky, is actually helpful. The buttons are impeccably placed so you don’t accidentally hit them. It’s super lightweight and it’s the quietest blow dryer I’ve ever heard!! The cord is 5 1/2 ft, about 6” shorter than my current dryer, but a reasonable length and flexible. I honestly figured I’d be returning this due to price, being one of the more expensive dryers, but I will not. To top it off, it’s dual voltage and automatically senses this, so you don’t have to use one dryer for home and a different one for travel. However, I’ll use this over the next couple of months and if it continues to perform well, I’ll order another just to have a spare and use for travel. This is a great travel hair dryer. It was easy to throw in my suitcase, and it fit well in my cruise room. It's small, and light. The hair dryer has a few settings. The buttons are easy to use for the power. I like that I was able to plug it into either power outlet in the cruise room. I have thick, longer hair, and the heat worked well to dry my hair. This is a fantastic hair dryer! I have zero complaints about it, so I'll just list everything that I love about it. -Comfortable to hold. The weight is well-distributed, and the dryer isn't heavy, so it is comfortable to hold for as long as you need to. -Very intuitive controls and a screen that lets you know what setting you are on. Extremely easy to use, simple design. Buttons give distinct clicks AND the screen will let you know what temp you are at as well as your fan speed. -Cool shot button that you don't have to hold in! There is a little button along the front of the handle with a snowflake on it. I thought I had to hold it in to get the "cold shot" of air for as long as I wanted it, but I quickly discovered that the snowflake button just needs to be clicked once to turn the air to the cool option. If you want to switch back to the warm temp you were previously at, you just click it again. So simple! -The buttons are not in the way. With the length of the handle, I never worry about bumping the buttons or switching into a different temp or air speed. -Cord - the cord is a great length and it's heavy duty. -Quality. The dryer feels solid and well made in my hands. The cord is excellent quality. The attachments are nice and attach and detach easily. I have not discovered a single blemish or defect with this dryer. -Attachments included. It comes with three different diffusers. One wide circular one with teeth (for curly hair) and two flat ones to direct the air in a more direct stream. I love that the attachments are magnetic and so easy to switch out. You can also use this hair dryer without any attachments. -Speed of drying. This dries my hair so quickly, even on the lowest heat setting. Within minutes, my hair went from 80% wet to 15% wet. I'm so happy with that, as I am not one that likes to spend a lot of time drying my hair. -Noise level. I have very sensitive ears and the noise level of this isn't bad at all. I will say that the noise with the wide, flat, straight (and most narrow) diffuser is the one that is hardest on my ears, but it's not so bad that I have to avoid using it. -Stays cool. I don't know how, but after using this hair dryer, the housing doesn't even feel warm to the touch. It does a great job staying cool despite delivering heated air to your hair and scalp. -Cleaning feature. The instruction manual includes instructions on how to clean the hair dryer. It actually has a function that will run the motor backwards to clean out the hair dryer - this is genius, and a very simple way to do regular maintenance on your dryer to keep it working well. -Looks - it looks great! Color and looks don't matter in regards to function, of course, but who doesn't like things that are nice to look at? This dryer has a clean, high-end, modern look to it. I love it!
