Works better for me than Benefiber. Unfortunately with the way Metamucil is made I don’t like mixing it with my drinks which make the capsules perfect for me. Just a few capsules a day keeps the plumbing working good. Read more
How you use these is between you and your doctor, because the number of capsules you use daily can vary dramatically. I suggest buying a big bottle, because you'll likely go through them quickly if you use them on a regular basis! Read more
