Product Leaked, But Seller Made It Right
First, let me say I have ordered these cups a couple of times. In general they are great, and I chose them because we use them in my office and they always work perfectly there as well. On one instance, however, a lot of the cups in a shipment I ordered seemed to be leaking from the bottom. I contacted the seller, and they issued a full refund for the product! Manufacturing defects can occur, but you can buy from this seller knowing that they stand behind the integrity of their product. Read more
