Usually have difficulty with products like this as the seams from the product onto the shoe bed irritate my feet and I end up with blisters on the balls of me feet however this product worked fantastic. The seams did not bother the bottoms of my feet at all and my feet stayed in place even though I do not usually wear heels. They were softly padded unlike the hard gel ones or the flatter versions. They also did not make my feet sweaty. I had some beautiful new and very high heels that I was very worried about wearing for our yearly ball. I ordered these insoles, and the placement was very easy, so I tried the heels on and it was instantly comfortable, not thick-but definitely provides enough cushion, and my heels now fit like a glove! Our group was the last ones to leave the ball and we danced the night away! Literally, 4 hours of dancing with these insole supports and I kept my heels on the whole time. I usually ditch them early on and go barefoot, but I could barely tell I was even wearing my shoes. The insole pads did NOT budge, which I've never experienced from other brands (and you can see this in the picture). The morning after I usually suffer from aching feet. I had absolutely none thanks to these. I fully recommend these if you have any issues with ball-of-foot pain for regular shoes, want some extra grip for your feet, or have been putting off wearing your favorite or newest shoes because of pain. Wow! Beyond impressed with these. I’m wearing the same pair of 5 inch heels with ease tonight with these pads that I wore 2 weeks ago and couldn’t stand the whole night due to pain. These ball of foot cushions are the perfect thickness for high heels. I wore 4” heels for a dinner with no pain. The quality is good with an adhesive that is strong which makes it a little difficult to place in the shoe, however you can easily readjust until you have the right placement. They are removable (place them back on the plastic) and reusable in other shoes. Tip for placement: pull plastic away from the toe, place the cushion in the shoe, then pull the plastic back a little at a time until the cushion is fully in place. Read more
