The media could not be loaded. I was so hopeful when I bought these. I have been having killer heel pain on my right foot. Unfortunately these did not make a difference for me. I tried them for several days. They are a squishy silicone gel material that does seem to provide some cushion to the heel. They did stay in place in my shoe and slippers. They fit well in both shoe and slipper. But they did not help my pain, in fact they seemed to cause more pressure than without. The product quality of material seems good. But they did not fix me. I’m absolutely loving these gel heel pads! I use them in my sneakers for walks and workouts — and the difference is noticeable right away. The heel feels softly supported, and there’s no more impact discomfort while walking. They’re very comfortable, stay in place, and are easy to insert.
