In the Future, I will make a point of telling the reader all manner of important things because I have found great benefit in Dorado Nutrition's Methylated Multivitamin product. I have also had great experiences with this and other products made by Dorado Nutrition and I can certainly attest to their purity, potency, and the fact that they are absolutely a great value for the money. For the moment, what the reader needs to know is that I am on my fourth bottle and the fifth one will soon be on its way! I am in a constant battle with homocysteine and the damage it causes to my body and my mind and Dorado Nutrition's Methylated Multivitamin has become an effective and invaluable ally in the fight against this horribly pro inflammatory molecule. Want to feel energized? Want to feel happy and have a bright outlook? Lower your homocysteine levels and start today. For much less than the price of a cup of coffee these days --coffee increases the excretion of B vitamins all on its own-- you can have 60 capsules filled with the right formulation of B vitamins, highly bioavailable forms that make homocysteine levels decrease and that improve your cognitive and immune function. The capsules are easy to swallow and the price is beyond a great value for the money, it is an outright steal! Read more

I feel that this should be renamed, so that people don't believe that they are getting all of their vitamin needs met. This isn't a true multi-vitamin. It's a multi of different types of one vitamin, B, plus folate and glycine. The only things on the label that are in methylated form is trimethyl glycine and the B12, as methyl cobalamin. If people think this is a multi, they'll miss vitamins that they need. Personally, I would rather get a traditional multi-vitamin, as it usually assumed, with everything from A to Z. If I need to increase levels of B12 and folate, I'll do that with other supplements. These had no unpleasant taste or odor. They're made in the USA, non-gmo and I like the fact that rice flour is used as one of the non-active ingredients, instead of silica. Read more

Dorado Nutrition's "Methylated Multivitamin Supplement for Women and Men (60 Capsules) Methylated Multivitamin Activated Vitamins Only - Support Daily Wellness and Vitality - Vegan Safe & Non-GMO & Made in USA" focuses on delivering a few specific essential vitamins, with the addition of only one non-essential nutrient. The small dark bottle contains 60 capsules for 30 servings. Each serving delivers... Vitamin B2 12.5% = 962% of DV, an amount that is through the roof. Fortunately, there is no evidence for riboflavin toxicity produced by excessive intakes. Vitamin B6 12.5 mg = 735% of DV. Government agencies recognize ill effects from intakes that are too high, and so set safe upper limits, ranging from as low as 12 mg/day to as high as 100 mg/day depending on the country. For this Dorado product, it just crosses the most conservative safety limits. Vitamin B9 1666 mcg = 417% of DV. Vitamin B12 1 mg = 41667% of DV. Fortunately there is no human data for adverse effects from high doses of this vitamin. Trimethylglycine 100 mg: an aminoacid of the betaine class. Betaine contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism. Homocysteine then produces yet another aminoacid called cysteine. (And if I keep going, this review will hit HTML broken link before I can cover all the aminoacid links, so forget it.) All the preceding claims of outrageously high deliveries of vitamins pose two very problematic questions: 1) Is it credible that a manufacturer would pack so many nutrients into these capsules, to the point of crossing safety limits, for no benefit to the safety, usabillity and profitability of this product? 2) Even if the answer to the preceding is yes, why did they not reduce the serving size to make the product safer to use? And they would then be able to claim it contains 60 servings? In my view, the problematic claims detract from the credibility of this product, so severely as to convince me to NOT recommend it unless the distributor posts public clarifications. Two stars.
