I really like these. I ordered them in a small and a medium to test the sizing. The small fits my body, except for the arm length is quite short. 5’7 150lbs size 6 Thermal underwear are supposed to be shorter in the arms so they don’t poke out of your shirt or sweater however, these are almost three-quarter length. I am exceptionally pleased with the silk longjohns. You never know until you get the product, and I was a little bit wary of ordering a size small, although according to the size chart, that was the right size. I am 5’6”, 125 pounds, with a small bust, a definite waist, and generous hips. Both the top and bottom fit me perfectly. The bottoms are made with a crotch gusset, not just two flat halves put together. This makes them fit very nicely and easily, much better than others I have tried. The fabric itself is very lightweight, but does not feel at all cheap. They truly do feel luxurious. I have not yet washed them, so I don’t know how they will hold up, but I’m sure they will do fine with very gentle washing. I’m going to a wedding in November, and the outside temperatures will be freezing. The blouse I want to wear is black velvet, and, a very thin material for the sleeves, and I wanted not to be cold. These black longjohns with the V-neck will give me the warmth I need and not make it look like I’m wearing thermal underwear. I absolutely will be buying these in another color. Highly recommended. This is a nice set of silk underwear. I prefer the silk as it breathes, is really nice and warm, and best of all, fits under your clothing! I lived in a much colder climate, and hardly ever wore protective wear under my pants and tops, but I find it odd that living next to the ocean the wind and cold seems to infiltrate right through jean fibers to feel a lot colder. I ordered the size down so I'd get a tighter fit. That worked for me without any bunching. The seams are smooth and the hems are not bulky. These would make a nice gift for anyone. Read more

Fabric was great but fit was very weird. Perfect for someone who has a lot of flesh near their pelvis and belly but not comfortable or fitted well if you are lean and don’t have much of a belly. The front felt like I needed to have a belly so it just had a lot of fluff that made it fit really weird. Then the shirt was too big in medium and too small in the small. I bought these for a cold weather cruise around the tip of South America. They were great to keep me warm without being bulky. Since then I wear them under clothes in the winter and I stay warm.
