I love the quality of these tools for the price--even better that it came with batteries! The pen lights are sturdy and good quality. They fit perfectly in my tactical pants while working. The shears are great too, however they are a little too big and bulky to secure in my tactical pants. They will fit in a pocket, however the loop on my pants doesn't fit in the handles to secure them.
