I feel like a movie star, like it's the '40s and I'm on my way to film a big Hollywood blockbuster driving in my convertible down the Pacific Coast highway, sunglasses, head scarf, hair blowing in the wind, leather gloves gripping the steering wheel of my Mercedes while I shift into fifth gear. I've bought these gloves 3 times now. The first pair in brown have molded to my hands, the second pair, red, I ripped while pulling them on, probably a malfunction in the tanning process of that particular piece, as I bought a replacement and the amber mahogany colored leather breaks in to this supple second skin perfect for driving. I got the mulberry purple colour that's listed as 'burgundy' on here! They're very cute, breathable, work with touch-screen (after 1 or 2 extra tries, but they do work), and already began forming to better fit my hands after the first wear. I got them specifically because the sun heats the interior of my car up painfully hot if I park somewhere mid-day, and they work for protecting my hands from the heat too. The 'but' is that the bright pink dye on the inside is unsealed, and whenever I take my hands out of them they're tinted pink like I've just been eating a prickly pear cactus. Also, one of the rivets is bent on the underside, so it pokes me uncomfortably when I fasten the button. These are pretty small problems though and I imagine they wouldn't effect every pair or colour, so I don't mind keeping them. The dye that gets on my skin comes off after a little bit anyways. The gloves are cute, they work well with the touch screen, they are soft but the knuckle holes are off centered. You can instantly tell when you put the glove on, it is irritating. Every time you move you hand or make a fist the material rubs on your knuckles. Read more

I really like the style of these driving gloves, they look great and fits really well also. I purchased a size up, because I don’t like my gloves to be too tight- and these driving gloves are great for when I’m driving my track car, which has full alcantara, and I did not want to get my steering wheel dirty, plus, these gloves also provides better grip when I am on the track also.
