Absolutely the best hydration formula on the market. This product alone has taken my workouts to an entire different level. Hydration is critical for proper muscle function and recovery, this stuff is a must on my extreme backpacking trips. I drink so much water, but this is honestly the first time in my life that I feel properly hydrated.
