I am absolutely blown away by this supplement. After losing so much hair in the past few months, I would literally have a panic attack when it was hair wash day because of the hand fills off hair I knew was going to be in my hands. This is a wonderful product, but it has a few side effects. Pumpkin seed oil supplement is amazing for it’s hair growth, and overall health properties. It is beneficial and easy to take. I was a bit worried that the pill size wouldn’t be able to swallow easily. Man was I wrong. My hair is becoming fuller and in heading a lot less. It has helped with growing baby hairs. I definitely recommend. Something to think about though, is the side effects. The side effects of this pill are skin, irritation, itchy skin, diarrhea, and nausea. Don’t fret, though because the most common side effect is skin irritation and most don’t even get it. People with very sensitive skin will be prone to irritation and may have a higher chance of getting the skin irritation than others with normal to oily skin. I’ve k picked I got mild irritation from the pill. It is because I have very sensitive skin and I’ve had it my whole entire life. It runs in my family to have skin cancer and skin conditions so I wasn’t really surprised to have sensitive skin and that this pumpkin seed oil supplement would irritate.
