I'm a senior, living alone. I don't use a lot of milk, but I do like to have it on hand. I would buy regular milk, then it would sour before I had a chance to use it. I remember dry milk as a child, and it was AWFUL! That was dry SKIM milk. I decided to try this dry milk. It couldn't be worse than the dry milk I had as a kid! WOW! This is great! This milk has all the flavor of whole milk. It is a great option if you can't or don't want to buy fresh milk. I use it in cooking, baking, an in my coffee. For coffee, I mix the powder in without reconstituting. It dissolves easily and completely. In baking, you have to account for the liquid, so either mix with water or another liquid. For cooking thing like mac and cheese, just add powder to dry ingredients. If your sauce is too thick, thin with a bit of water to a consistency you like.
