Was send a Dr. P E N! Excellent quality! I’ve used it 4 times now and it works perfectly. The 36pin doesn’t penetrate as deep but it’s tolerable without numbing cream and i recover in a day. Just some redness. No downtime which i like & good absorption of product. I use it with Rejuran & hyalauronic acid. You’re supposed to use with sterile HA which can be really pricey. Read more

I’ve only used it a few times and I’m seeing great results already! I do weekly sessions with a higher pin count (36 or nano) at a .25mm depth for product absorption and then started monthly 0.5-0.75 with a 12 or 18 pin for collagen production. My skin looks great! My nurse injector even mentioned how healthy my skin looks out of nowhere last time I went for Botox. My skin is plump, moisturized, and the texture is really good. It’s a great value considering it’s less expensive than just one session at a spa! Make sure you check out some YouTube instructional videos so you are safe, using good technique and ensure you sanitize everything very well. Read more

I was hoping to use this to join the many women that have found great results with microneedling. When this arrived it was extremely well packaged, but in multiple places it cautions for "Professional use only". That made me extremely worried about trying it myself. I did find that this product is well packaged, including a storage box for the device. All of the refill needling ends are in individual sterile packaging. If you are confident in your ability to watch videos and figure things out this is a great set. If you are nervous and the "professional use only" stickers all over this would make you worried, I wouldn't recommend. I ended up not using it. It seemed to be a bit above my skill level, and that wasn't indicated in the description. Overall this seems like a high quality device. Just be sure you aren't going to get nervous by the "professional use only" all over the device. Read more

I wrote this review now 4 times. Idk why it’s not showing up . A) make sure to stop using bha/aha& vit c . Just do gentle cleansing , a good serum and a good basic moisturizer ( cerave is a good option) I did a four day testing on my leg first with the 3 sizes of cartridges. My pictures attached are from bottom that was the nano needle . The one below was the 36 pin . On the side that has red skin i applied the 12 needle. With the two first I used the glide method and from my research it said the use the 12/16 pin with the dot /stamp method. I didn’t feel any pain with all three options . After observing my skin I felt comfortable to use it on my face . I numbed it with lidocaine for 20 mins and went in the the 36 at 0.25 all over my face and neck . My skin reddened a little but that was it . A few days later I did the nano needling to push some of the serum into my skin. That was not painful at all and my skin felt great Definitely effective for a good price . And I love that I can adjust this tool/ cartridges to my personal needs. Pic of my leg with the 3 sections .
