I have used this for grating ginger, garlic and zesting lemons. My previous zesters were never very good. The lemon zest or ginger would just turn to mush and stick to the device. This is very sharp and the stuff just falls off of the tool. Very well made with a real nice looking and feeling handle and a nice strong ridge frame that prevents flexing of the cutter. I also purchased two other graters (course and extra course) in this line and they are also excellent. Read more
