I am all for saving money when it makes sense. DO NOT buy the copies of the actual Microsoft keyboard. This genuine product works flawlessly and is powered by the tablet so it is one less thing to worry about. I am really happy with this keyboard. Read more
The keyboard was received in great condition. It fits the Surface Go perfectly and works as expected. The only problem I have is of being provided with the incorrect keyboard layout. The website provides a picture of the US layout but was sent the UK layout instead. That is the only defect with my shipment. Read more

An essential accessory that gives a Surface tablet the look and feel of a computer when you want, and protects the screen as a bonus. Imho Windows was not designed as a tablet OS, and the UI gets awkward sometimes. This gives you precise mousing rather than having to do your best with a fat finger. Reasonably precise keyboarding: the feel can't compare with an external BT keyboard (I use a Logitech K380) but it beats the heck out of that silly last-resort on-screen keyboard, and gets the job done. I was skeptical at first about purchasing this item renewed. However, it was clean and looked good. It hooked up to my Surface with no issues. It's been about a month now and it still works great. Brand new was over $100 and I was not going to spend that type of money. Read more

Took a risk ordering a Amazon guaranteed pre owned unit but was half the price of new. It arrived in a white box in a bubble wrap sleeve, wrapped in larger bubble wrap. Looks as good as new and works as it should. Snapped right onto my surface Go 2 tablet and all the keys and back light work properly. Keys click softly and TouchPad is smooth and responsive. I'm surprised nobody else makes a compatible unit that doesn't need separate charging and isn't bluetooth. This oem unit is the best way to go. Near feature, if you fold the keyboard back around to use the tablet without removing the keyboard, it stops working even though it's plugged in. Fold it back around to the front and it smartly starts working again like magic. It was a crime Microsoft sold the tablets without this keyboard in the box, windows 10 in tablet mode is pretty much hot garbage for 90% of what you'd use it for. But with this tiny back lit keyboard snapped on, it makes for a tidy little laptop package. Read more
I purchased this refurbished Microsoft Surface keyboard with built-in touchpad, and it’s been nothing but problems. The mouse keeps getting stuck and randomly highlights everything on the screen, which completely disrupts my workflow. I assumed the first unit was just a bad refurb, so I gave it another chance and ordered a second one—same exact issue. It’s clear there’s either a serious quality control problem with these refurbished units or the design itself is flawed. Very frustrating experience, and not what I expect from anything with the Microsoft name on it. Definitely not worth the hassle. Read more
