I've" only had it a few weeks. I like it a lot. The previous poster mentioned microwave output at 900 watts. True, but its input is 1200 watts. So? It warms up my drinks in 30 seconds. My previous inbuilt apartment unit had 1100 watts, and the beverage setting was 55 seconds. This one is faster. I enjoy steaming dried overnight refrigerated pizza. It freshens right up. The default steam time is 15 minutes, and I leave it on that. The manual may say something else, but I've yet to look at the manual other than checking wattage. I bake pork sausages to brown them. I microwave summer beef sausage slices in 30 seconds. I've tried Steaming, combo, air frying, microwaving, and baking. No issues. Due to condensation, you have to wipe the bottom when finished with the steamer. I love that the unit lights up, and you don't have to turn on a kitchen light to push buttons. I also love the timer on the unit. My phone tells me when cooking will be finished (in 3 minutes) and notifies me when cooking is done. Very cool! The media could not be loaded. Originally bought for an RV to save space on separate microwave and oven. Works well on inverter. I have used baking for cookies, air frying wings, fish , corn and steam baking cookies and bread . Microwave is good for heating liquids and reheating meals but all metal needs to be removed first. Steam is pretty good for vegetables and steam cleaning the oven afterwards. Bonus feature is fermenting which I use for sourdough starter. 75 deg F for 12 hr can be programmed. Max temperature of air-frying is 450 deg F with most of the heat from the back fan. Max steam temp is 250 deg F , but Air-Frying can include steam injection all the way up to 450 deg. The Bad: Guests can easily start microwave with racks installed. Locking of door cannot be engaged for travel when oven is off , and keeps on engaging when oven is on. During operation steam is vented on the top back, making this difficult to built in. Top element doesn't produce enough heat for broiling or toasting bread. Only 2 levels for non standard size racks. So far I am using this oven constantly. It has proven to be faster and more economical than my large house oven for smaller batches of food. It can be easily abused by guests which keeps me on my toes in the kitchen. Read more

Microwave works better than expected. Love that in the space of a microwave in our house we get 4 different types of ovens. A little pricey but worth it for the multi-function. I have not seen another multifunction oven that has the microwave and steam/combi and air fryer. Read more

This unit misses the mark in so many ways Air fryer does not crisp food as well as a dedicated air fryer Defrost mode started cooking food so not safe I tried microwaving bacon and the outside pieces were not cooked but inside slices were over cooked. I contacted support and all they could say was suggestions of using different ways of doing things like placing the bacon around the outside of the plate. I use my microwave tray in my normal microwave cooks bacon perfectly every time and I don’t think I should have to adjust how I place my bacon to make it cook properly The oven is very small inside and for the money I would not suggest purchasing this unit. I may have gotten a dud but after contacting customer service and going through the warranty process to only get a long email telling me different things to try I decided this was not for me and is going back Read more

I seriously studied combo ovens for days and almost made mistake of not seeing this! This is a wonder! The pics on the cooking options help a lot, and I love love love everything about this! From the fact that the door pulls down like an oven, to the melodic sounds and overall function! You can disable the door lock, which made things even easier. Thank you for this product! Read more
