Absolute must have microwave
This microwave is truly commercial grade. After seeing two consumer grade microwave nearly catch fire in less than 12 months, I decided to go with a commercial grade. Yes, it is expensive, but the price fluctuates a bit; be patient for a sale. Yes, it requires a 20 amp outlet, which requires advance thought, planning, and, likely, an electrician. However, it is worth the extra effort. Food cooks evenly with a great texture. I forgot that microwave ovens could actually be this good. In fact, I stacked 4 frozen meals at once and set it to four times the required cook time (adjusted for this wattage) and walked away. They all cooked perfectly. Midea is correct, the rotating tables in the commercial microwaves are just a gimmick. Plus, it is super easy to clean without all the extra parts inside. This microwave has literally added minutes back to my day as it allows things to cook faster and better than any consumer grade microwave I've owned. The microwave will quickly fill your kitchen room with the smell of whatever you are cooking, so an exhaust fan overhead is recommended. One final note, the instructions require 4 inches of clearance on the left, right, and back of the microwave as well as 12 inches above. That requires some additional thought and planning for your kitchen. Read more
