Shouldn't have waited so long
I've toyed with the idea of a rice cooker for years, but with limited counter space, and the cost of Zojirushis, I never took the plunge. Finally decided to try this budget one with some bells and whistles beyond the bare -bones rice cookers, and it makes fantastic rice and great oatmeal (Haven't experimented beyond that, but if all it did was make great rice, I'd be happy). Wouldn’t work after 1 year & no warranty after that
Wouldn’t work after 1 year 7 months of usage. Called them to deal with it yet got told that the warranty is only for one year. So basically if your machine is broken after a year, you have to fix it yourself or pay out of pocket? This is really ridiculous… Read more
