The reviews are right. This thing fits perfectly. There’s an opening on top for your pony tail. The part that covers the eyes feels thicker so that you can feel the coldness pressing again your eyes balls. This is amazing for a migraine. I love the thickness and quality. The fabric isn’t weird feelings or smelly- it’s super silk soft and there is no strange plastic/ rubber smell. Honestly this product couldn’t be anymore perfect or easy to use. It remains good regularly and you can place It in the little protective bag it comes in and put it in the freezer for a few minutes or make it even more cold. I have the original migraine cap that I use all the time I got this hoping to be able to use it more for when I have to do things, but I have a migraine. I do not recommend this for people that have glasses. Its a nice snug fit but the visual aspect doesnt work as well for me personally. I do like that. It has a complete cap on top. The other ones have an open top portion so this one is just nice to have as a back up.
