I’ve tried a few caps like this for my migraines, this is by far the best one. others would squeeze my head too tight and that’s the last thing i want when i have a migraine. this one is extremely comfortable and helps provide some relief. it gets cold very fast in the freezer and is much softer than other ones i’ve tried. it seems to be good quality and covers from the top of my head down to my under eyes. Love this! I get migraines where I need to sleep and be cold but my head is still throbbing - this helps. I recommend getting two because it’s so cold when you pull it out of the freezer, but warms up quickly and you might want another cold one if you’re like me to help manage the pain.
