I love this eyeliner. The color is very black and is easy to apply. I like that you can control how thick or thin you want to go. I got tired of using the pencil liners, as they could not deliver a thin, fine line, no matter what the advertising claimed. I picked this up at the grocery store about five or six years ago on a whim and boy was I pleasantly surprised. The liner tip is micro-fine, and so easy to use. The edge stays sharp and does not get thicker or fatter or even fray at the end the more you use it. I put it on before I swim and my eyes still look good when I get out of the water. I’ve been using this liner for a couple weeks now, and overall it’s a good option if you want a bold, matte black line that actually stays put. The color is deep and rich, not watery or faded, and it really does last, I’ve worn it for long days and it held up through humidity, a few eye rubs, and even a light misting of rain. It does dry quickly, which is great for avoiding smudges, but it also means you don’t have a ton of time to fix mistakes. The applicator is on the stiffer side, so it took me a couple tries to get used to it, especially for winged liner. But once I got the feel for it, it applied cleanly. It doesn’t flake or run, and I didn’t have any irritation or smudging by the end of the day. Definitely waterproof and long-wearing, just as described. For the price, it’s a solid choice, especially if you’re looking for a vegan, cruelty-free liner that’ll hold up from morning to night. The eyeliner formula is pretty good. It stays put, very black but yet is easy to wash off. The only thing I don’t like is the applicator. Other than that..great liner. Read more
I used to use liquid eyeliner forever ago, then changed my look for some time and switched to pen liquid eyeliners simply for the ease of use and the super occasional eyeliner ... fast forward to today, I've been wanting to go back to the cat eye look with sharper lines and edges as I got tired from crayons drying out, dull lines, not opaque enough, etc... boy did I forget the power of the liquid eyeliner and its general existence. I got this one due to the good reviews, for the super black opaque and matte look that falls within my budget. It isn't waterproof and it smudges/wipes away if you physically wipe it with your finger (I don't really touch my face or eyes, so not an issue) but it stays put all day until I take it off, so in reality it doesn't smudge on its own at all. Personally, I understand the need for waterproof makeup but I have sensitive skin and the products needed to remove such makeup are too harsh so I prefer stuff that I can take off easily with regular old water and some cleanser. Also because of sensitive skin, this product does sting a tiny bit when applied at first closer to the edge of my eye, but it's only for a few seconds and I don't seem to have adverse effects overall. I had to practice a few times and still don't get the lines quite perfectly but for the price and what I get, it's such a step up from the products I have been using so far. Read more
Bought this on a whim to practice drawing eyeliner. I am normally a person who gets oily throughout the day so that definitely causes smudging as the day goes on. I also have hooded eyes so that doesn't help much. I know it's not waterproof because when I yawn (I tear up a little bit lol) it starts to run a little on the corner of my eyes. Doesn't always mess up the eyeliner depending on how I drew it. At first reapplying was fine, but again I think the oils from my eye messed it up so now it kind of just erases. However, if I somehow manage the day without tearing up from sneezing or yawning then the eyeliner kind of just looks flakey? Like if I decided to rub my eyes at the end of the day, it'll smudge but also flake a little. Not sure how else to describe it. I'm sure it's fine if you have a non oily face, not hooded eyes, and not constantly tearing up? Maybe? Anyway, I got what I paid for and it worked out for what I wanted to do with it so 3 stars 🙂 Read more

I have always preferred liquid liner to pencils, and I’ve probably tried every single liquid liner over the past 25 years. I’ll start by saying that I only use liquid liner on my waterline, so finding a product that actually stays in place is difficult. This product says 17hrs, but it could definitely last longer than that, as I work 13hr shifts, and it doesn’t budge, smear, or flake. It’s actually a bit hard to remove even with micellar water, so definitely waterproof. I love the matte look over shinier liners, and it dries super fast too. Read more
