It's good for more than just coffee! I took some turmeric and my scrambled eggs with pepper and whipped it up till fluffy & frothy before sticking it in the skillet. it definitely Blended really well and made them very fluffy! I also have taken aquafaba and whipped it up to make egg whites with this. Great way to make a single portion of meringue versus the whole KitchenAid mixer size and it does not create splashing that's also another thing is I didn't have it splashing out of the cup in my face at all with anything I've used it on like the other brand did. very durable not cheaply made it all. Being on the road I definitely think this is very handy. whether you are living in a semi an RV, a car, converted van, or really any wheel estate, this is very handy for large power in such a small device. I think it's very great and convenient for travels. excellent price, excellent value.
