If only it was non-stick

Is it a non-stick pan? In the very basic sense of it, yes. Is it a good non-stick pan? NO. The and weight of the pan are good. It's perfect for my purposes, given THOSE factors. But when I start with cooking spray, put in the egg whites, and then I have to go back and add more lubrication (butter/oil/spray) It defeats the purpose of having a non-stick pan. On top of that there have been multiple times. I have pulled it out of the dishwasher, and those egg whites were so stuck on that they didn't come off after a quick rinse and a cycle through the dishwasher. Read more
