Milwaukee Womens Full Length Motorcycle Jacket with Side Lace

I wasn't expecting much when I ordered this jacket. My former jacket was a Langlitz (the Maserati of motorcycle jackets) which I sold when I left the states (sans motorcycle) in the late 90s. Now it's time to "re-up" after the kids are gone, so I ordered this jacket to see how it would compare. I have to say I am EXTREMELY satisfied with this jacket. It gets so well it almost feels "custom:, and compared to the Langlitz in style and comfort, Aside from small "workmanship" differences, this jacket, in my opinion, is worthy in every way. I read one review where a woman said it wasn't "as thick" as the male jackets. This is certainly "thick" enough for me! Until it is really broken in, if it were any stiffer (thicker) I wouldn't be able to move. One more thing. The lining is great, and WARM. Nice addition the Langlitz didn't have.n Nice deep snap-shut inner (for you guns 'n ammo types) specifically for a firearm. Zippers work well, everything seems top-notch. I wore this on a walk today in 40-some degree weather, and I was roasting by the time we returned to the house. It's exactly what I wanted, heavy duty and comfortable. I ordered a large but could have gotten away with a medium but I wanted to be able to layer it with a hoodie underneath. I painted wings onto the back of it because that's what I do with all my coats. I love this thing and I'd assume that it's going to last pretty much forever because of how thick the leather is. Great leather jacket for the price! I'm 5'6 130lbs, larger bust. I ordered a size small with the lace up sides. The jacket was fitted and a little tighter in the arms so I took out the liner. It was perfect. I also tried a medium and my husband said it looked too big. If you plan on wearing layers underneath you may consider a larger size, but keep in mind that leather will streach out over time. This jacket is pretty warm to begin with, especially with the liner zipped into it. I don't plan on wearing a sweater or layers underneath it. Read more

The jacket was purchased for riding a motorcycle. The quality and leather seems appropriate for this purpose particularly with the zip out liner. The size is perfect. I would normally be a small to medium in a jacket, depending on cut. This fits perfectly but will allow to wear a sweater or hoodie underneath for extra warmth. Classic and well made. Read more

I got the jacket today, very quick delivery. I was surprised at how substantial the jacket was, heavy. I am 5'7" and usually wear a large to an xlarge in tops, I have a 38DDD top and had a hard time deciding between and xlg and an xxlg. I read the reviews and it said to size up so I got the xxlg. I have wider shoulder and it fits great in the shoulders, the sleeve length went past my wrists. I have bigger upper arms and it fit fine there as well. It zipped up fine with some room to spare, I got the bigger size incase I wanted to wear a hoodie underneath, there is enough room for that. I would suggest if you want a tighter fit and no hoodie a xlg would fit fine. Can't wait to try it out this weekend! Read more

I purchased this jacket for motorcycle riding in Western Sonoma County, where it can get chilly. This stylish jacket is high quality leather, with sturdy zippers and will last a long time. It's perfect without the liner for Summer evenings and layers well with long sleeved shirts and vests. I am 5'3" and 130 pounds and fairly large breasted. Sometimes I need a large to fit my chest, but in this case, the Medium fits perfectly. I haven't yet used the liner but will in the Fall.
