I have a bad back and knee. A good percussive massage is one of the better ways to alleviate the pain associated with these conditions. I have a full size massager that I love! But this one has some features that the larger versions lack. Being purse sized and light this model is good for on the go and easier to use. The handle extends out on both sides of the attachment which allows for more manoverability and precise placement. Sometimes it can take a very long time to get the level of relief I'm looking for in a massage and the lightness of this gun prevents the strain that can happen with the larger models. I ordered this for post-sports use. It's small enough to throw into a gym bag to work out muscle soreness on the go. What's most surprising is how powerful it is. It's definitely small, but mighty. The convenience can't be matched. My husband used it when he was umpiring three baseball games -- it was great for between games. The only downside is the ergonomics. We have really been enjoying this mini massage gun. It has a strong percussive massage and the various heads make it very versatile. It does not tangle in my hair, it is easy to change attachments, it has a long battery life. It is lightweight enough that it doesn't tire me to hold it to my neck or shoulders while it works its magic. It really is quiet and powerful, I think it is a great value. Everything fits into the cloth drawstring bag provided, though the large foam head and the two prong spinal head can't be left on the massager, or it is a tight fit.
