Once in a while, you come across a product that is both well designed and perfectly executed. This little shaver is one of those products. I am tired of "smart" appliances loaded with useless "features", failing in their basic functions. After my Costco Braun hit the dust, right on schedule, like the previous two, after 5 years of daily use, I couldn't find a simple, functional shaver of the common brands, and decided to try some of the Chinese shavers from Amazon. I tried and returned three others before finding this one. This little shaver excels in its main purpose, that is, giving you a nice, clean, close, non-irritating shave. The interface consists of two blades behind the foil and the trimmer between them, an on/off switch, and USB-C charging port. That's it. No AI, bluetooth, apps, flashing lights, OLED screens, cleaning reminders, cleaning stations, attachments, and other crap. The shave is close, I'd say better than Braun and even Panasonic (I have a lot of respect for that brand). The shaver's shell is of a high quality material, the surface is smooth and uniform, edges are molded perfectly. The size is such that the shaver fits comfortably in jeans pocket. Packaging is minimalist in just the right way, and reminds me a lot of a certain fruit company; not that it matters, but it sets the expectations, and is good for a gift. The cap and the head snap magnetically, reducing the chance of breaking tabs. I have no idea how long the battery will last, but when I travel, I always have a USB-C cable with me, so it doesn't really matter. Five starts for a well designed and perfectly built product. I’ve been using this mini shaver for a while now, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite grooming tools. It’s compact, sleek, and has a great build quality that feels premium in the hand. The shaving performance is impressive for its size — it delivers a smooth, close shave and handles short or longer stubble without much effort. Occasionally it can leave my skin a little itchy, but that’s pretty normal with any razor. My only real complaint is that cleaning it can be a bit tricky once hair collects inside.
