for the price its a good quality razor that delivers a smooth shave. ive been a shave cream and blade razor shaver for 20 years since i have sensitive skin on my neck that used to be susceptible to irritation, even with preshave oils, from electric razors so i stopped using them. i took a chance on this since it seemed like it was priced affordably and wouldnt be a huge loss if it didnt work out . i was surprised-the foil head pivots smoothly and gives you a close clean shave as long as you move slowly and pay attention to the direction your hair grows. afterwards i didnt need any lotion and didnt have any irritation. i took off a star because it works well on short stubble but pulls a little on longer hairs if you dont trim them down in advance or wait too long to shave. This shaver is quite good for my beard and skin. My previous rotary 3 head drove me crazy taking 15 min to complete a shave and it literally cut my lips and refused to give me a close shave. Bought this in June 2024. Only started using it regularly over the last 6-7 months. Gives an OK shave for an electric razor. I’ve never had an electric razor that shaves as good as a blade. I use this one every other day to shave my neck only because I wear a beard. This morning when shaving the head of the razor fell apart on my face. It broke into three pieces. I tried to put it back together but no luck. Decided to buy a different brand. In all fairness the razor does a good job. I like being able to rinse the head with water. The battery life has been good. Durability is not there. I would rather it just quit working rather than fall apart. Read more

Needed really quickly, after hospitalization in ICU. Husband normally uses regular razor NOT Electric/rechargeable type. This was so difficult as need for shave does not stop for men and it gets VERY UNCOMFORTABLE in a Rigid Neck Brace. Delivery took 2.5 weeks to arrive. TERRIBLE SERVICE. item itself is good but doubt it will stand up to rigorous use. I have had a ladies Braun shaver in past so that why I ordered this particular Razor for my husband.
