I really, really like this tool, a lot. If you've never used one of these before, it's a cross between a traditional round brush and a curling iron/wand. And it works worlds better than either one, and is much simpler to use, and results in much more defined and spiraled curls and waves. This type of tool is especially awesome if you struggle with curling the back of your hair effectively, you essentially start at the roots and start rolling/brushing, pausing periodically, working down to the ends and tucking/winding any stray hairs in and tapping them into place along the heat plates, and gently roll it out of the curl, which then maintains it's shape perfectly. You will especially like this if you have hair that is in various stages of growing out, because you won't end up with odd looking tails and weird pieces that won't blend in, it just rolls all the uneven pieces together nicely. I especially like the fine diameter barrel, irons this thin are getting harder and harder to find. I have super straight difficult to style hair that doesn't hold style well, I do a curled back flat top mullet with a modest cascading waterfall spiral curl down the back, and It usually takes a good bit of time for mediocre results, most irons are too big around to actually create a curl that holds. This was exactly what I was looking for. I love the color and it's lightweight and easy to use, and the temperature holds a nice and steady low heat that doesn't burn or frizz up hair, I like the digital temp readout and always look for that in heat tools. If you struggle with trying to curl shorter hairstyles, definitely try this out with thermal spray and mousse, you will love it. Read more

I’ve been using this mini thermal round brush on my 2.5-inch-long hair, and let me tell you, it works like a charm. If you’ve ever struggled with styling shorter hair, this little tool gets the job done! The 0.35-inch barrel is the perfect size for adding volume and definition without overheating your scalp (we’ve all been there, right?). One of its standout features is how quickly it heats up—seriously, it’s ready to go before you even finish deciding which side to part your hair. The bristles not only grip the hair nicely but also protect your fingers from accidental burns. Big win for someone who’s not looking to start their morning with a singed finger situation. Now for the “but”: the buttons. They’re so easy to press accidentally that I’ve found myself adjusting the temperature when I’m mid-curl. My fix? Hold it by the tips, which isn’t too inconvenient but does take a little getting used to. Overall, if you’re working with short hair like mine, this is a great tool. It’s efficient, effective, and gives you a clean, polished look—just mind those buttons. For the price, I’d absolutely buy it again! Read more

Good quick heating and digital temperature indicator. Easy buttons and comfortable to hold Comb teeth have comfortable ball ends. Nice heavy, round electrical cord with swivel attachment. I like the dark green glossy finish. It looks like it is made for an adult (as opposed to cotton candy pink for a child). I would like a slightly smaller diameter which I thought 3/4 inch would be. This electric brush would be suitable for 2 inch long hair. It was two small for my 4 to 6 inch hair. It heats up quickly and would’ve worked for me if my hair was shorter. The long tip at the end was helpful to keep my fingers from burning. Read more

I love this thing. I have z closet full of curling irons and flat irons that do nothing but damage my hair. This gets too the perfect temp and the brush doesn't get tangled up in my hair and it does the job whether I'm curling or straightening. It's definately a keeper. Read more

This product works for me. The size of the barrel is perfect for curling ends or for short hair. Yes, you can tangle your hair but it is easy to use once you get the hang of it. My hair is fine and it takes curl easily so I never need to go hotter than the first setting. Also, I would not trust this to be unattended but in my case it's connected to the wall outlet that turns off lights. This gave me value for money and so far it is durable. Go ahead and buy but I would only recommend for medium to long hair if you need to just curl the ends I gave four stars only because I was looking for a brush that also rotates, which i eventually found at Walmart.
